We honor the decisions made by parents/caregivers regarding immunisation. If your child is immunised, kindly provide their Plunket book during enrolment for us to photocopy their immunisation chart. If you have chosen not to immunise your child, please inform us during enrolment. This ensures we can notify you promptly in the event of any infectious disease or illness occurring at the centre.
We will contact you and/or your child's caregiver immediately. If necessary, we will arrange for appropriate medical assistance. Rest assured, we will continue to provide care for your child until you arrive.
Please contact the centre by phone and inform us of your child's illness. You can leave a message if there is no answer.

Building strong relationships with our families is important to us. We utilize an online tool called Storypark to share your child’s learning journey with you. Additionally, we create profile books that offer a physical copy for children to explore with their friends and family. Our staff and management are accessible and ready to discuss any concerns or questions you may have regarding your child and our center. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure teachers can dedicate uninterrupted time to you.
Our centers keep children active and engaged, often requiring parents to pack a few essentials. Most of our centers suggest including the following labeled items:- Two or three complete changes of clothing, including underwear and socks.- Sunhat during the summer months.- Warm hat in winter.- Suitable footwear.- Diapers, if needed.
Based on our experience, establishing a consistent routine for saying goodbye and discussing it with your child beforehand tends to be most effective. Here are some tips to help make goodbyes easier:- Discuss with your child beforehand what activity you plan to do together before saying goodbye, such as completing a puzzle or reading a story.- Keep the goodbye process brief to reduce stress.- Always inform your child that you will be leaving but reassure them that you will return later to pick them up. If your child becomes upset, it's advisable to stick to the routine.- When leaving, ensure your child is with a teacher or other children rather than being alone.- Depart promptly once you have said your farewells.- It's normal for children to cry initially upon your departure, but rest assured, this typically subsides quickly as they engage in activities.- Children can pick up on your emotions regarding their childcare experience, so maintain positive conversations about the center and inquire about their day when picking them up.
To facilitate a smooth transition, we recommend several brief visits before the official start date. During these visits, you and your child can familiarize yourselves with our environment together, easing any potential stress. Our teachers collaborate closely with you to ensure your child's initial experience is positive. Each child is paired with a primary caregiver who oversees their adjustment, parent orientation, daily routines, developmental updates, and individual exploration projects. This assigned caregiver serves as a familiar point of contact, fostering trust and excitement as your child begins their journey with us.You are encouraged to visit or contact the center at any time to check on your child's progress. Once you witness their enthusiasm for our center, you may find such visits unnecessary!
